Taking A Look Under the Hood

As Dean Small, Founder of Synergy Restaurant Consultants, said to me earlier today, “when it rains it pours”, in response to back-to-back inquiries we received this morning from prominent Wall St. Investment and Private Equity groups that are extremely active in the restaurant space. They were both interested in engaging us to help “take a look under the hood” specifically in the areas of supply chain management and purchasing efficiency opportunities, as well as food safety and supply chain threats to their portfolio of restaurant investments.
