Jeff has been a multi-faceted leader offering 30+ years extensive experience in planning, organizing and directing a wide range of training activities for the hospitality industry. He’s demonstrated success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs and integrate instructional technology to provide onsite and virtual training for restaurant operations. Expert ability to lead teams and translate development behaviors into high-impact learning designs, curriculum, tools, and workshops. Jeff is adept at organizing and facilitating management and team building training programs. A dynamic team leader able to bring energy, enthusiasm and humor to motivate team members to meet objectives and achieve their potential. Equipped with research capability to identify solutions to a restaurant’s operational problems and provide technological tools to resolve difficulties, enhance learning and improve performance. Has developed turnkey e-Learning content and strategies including the foundation for the implementation of on-line training programs to all levels of an organization. Proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing by authoring multiple instructions, procedures, concepts of operations and briefing them to senior leaders.
