Jana’s passion for hospitality was handed down from her Lebano-Greek heritage. Her most priceless memories are in the kitchen with her grandmother preparing lavish meals. She started her journey at a young age, rotating between front and back of the house, in numerous Luxury and 5 stars’ hotels, widening her scope and enhancing her creativity.
Jana kick-started her career at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Center, completing the Voyager Global Leadership Program in Food & Beverage, where she forged her skills in operations, training, sales and marketing, catering, menu development and project management. Striving for excellence, she works on creating a nurturing environment for the development of her peers by empowering them and providing them with the right tools. In the past few years, Jana was a part noteworthy projects: the opening of the Renaissance Hotel Downtown Dubai, the rebranding of the main restaurant and leading Bubbalicious Brunch and Piknik Brunch at the Westin Mina Seyahi. In addition to that, she had a strong hand in the catering operations and planning for Royal Weddings, Coca Cola Arena, Rugby 7s, Meydan, Airshow and private functions.
Jana holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from La Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management affiliated with Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
