After much research, Roli Roti found Synergy to be the most comprehensive restaurant consulting company. Following a number of meetings to determine our detailed goals, Synergy created a Strategic Plan to grow the company. With a Brand Assessment & Concept Book, we were given a clear path for the goals to be achieved, a plan that included all the necessary tools to increase brand awareness and overall profitability.
