Youri Egoroff, born in Belgium and now based in Dubai, has spent the last 20 years working in the hospitality industry in five different countries and continents. He has significant experience in leading and managing restaurants with a high diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and concepts. Youri has opened and managed high volume multi-unit venues all over the world. He worked for Club Mediterranée and was worked on pre-opening and development of food and beverage concepts in various resorts. As GM for a French hotel chain, he led the renovation of its flagship properties to develop on-trend food and beverage concepts. In less than five years, he successfully renovated three hotels. Youri came to the Middle East to manage high volume and fashionable restaurants for Intercontinental Hotels. He then became the Executive Operations Manager for a private owner in Dubai to create, develop, open and manage different restaurant concepts in the city. Youri holds an International Hotel and Restaurant Degree from the Brussels Business Academy associated with the AH & LA ( American Hotel & Lodging Association), specialized in F&B Management, Finance.
