Charles Ramm has been preparing and executing restaurant projects, building his career solely around the hospitality industry, since 1974. A trained and licensed architect with a specific focus in restaurant architecture and food service design, he is a principal and architect at Charles Ramm Associates, where his duties include the full scope of project development: site evaluation, design, construction documents, agency processing, construction observation, purchasing and installation, and overall project management.
