DESCRIPTION
Dean & Danny's MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING combines a flavorful blend of special Herbs, Spices, Beef and Mesquite Wood flavors, designed to be a natural complement to most Steak varieties. Our STEAK SEASONING adds a pleasant Mesquite Wood flavor, without masking any of the Steak's natural flavors. Simple to use, our STEAK SEASONING is designed to be simply shaken on your favorite Steak or small Roast, then cooked on the grill or broiler. MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING can also be used to accent the flavor of fresh Vegetables, grilled Onions, Mushrooms, etc. As with our other fine products, MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING has no added MSG.

Because our MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING is blended under rigid standards, using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients possible, the product remains absolutely consistent, a must in today's food service environment.

INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle approximately 1/2 TEASPOON, or to your taste, of MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING on each Steak side (or small Roast) 30 minutes prior to broiling or grilling. Flavor Vegetables to your liking by adding STEAK SEASONING during preparation.

Beef Base (Dextrose, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Onion, Corn Starch, Beef Extract, Aytolyzed Yeast, Caramel Color), Salt, Onion, Garlic, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Worcestershire Powder (Vinegar, Soy Sauce Molasses, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein Extract), Corn Syrup, Sugar, Tamarinds, Natural Flavor), Paprika, Maltodextrin, Grill Flavor, Modified Food Starch, Spices, not over 2% Silicon Dioxide as Anti-caking.

RETURNS

APPLICATIONS
Listed are additional suggestions for preparing various foods using MESQUITE FLAVORED STEAK SEASONING:

STEAKS/ROASTS

  • Rub our MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING onto the outer surfaces of larger Beef Cuts (Flank Steak, Tri-Tip or Sirloin Roasts), refrigerate for 45-60 minutes, then roast or broil.

  • Season Carne Asada or Steak Fajita Portions with MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING, refrigerate 30 minutes, then char-broil or grill. Our Seasoning lends itself naturally to Southwestern/Mexican Steak applications.

VEGETABLES

  • Season Grilled or Sautéed Onions with MESQUITE STEAK SEASONING (approximately 2-3 TEASPOONS per pound of Onions). Additionally, combine the Grilled Onions with fresh Mushrooms, and flavor with our STEAK SEASONING and a good quality, Dry Sherry Wine.

  • Skewer appropriate fresh Vegetables (Zucchini, Summer Squash, Mushrooms, Onions, Bell Peppers, etc.), lightly brush with Vegetable Oil and grill, seasoning with our STEAK SEASONING.
