DESCRIPTION
Dean & Danny's JALAPENO CORNBREAD MIX is our complete, premium quality mix enhanced with the addition of Diced Jalapeno and Red Bell Pepper. Our CORNBREAD MIX offers a perfect balance of sweetness with the spicy flavor of Jalapeno Pepper. Designed for ease of preparation (simply mix with water), our CORNBREAD MIX offers the consistency required, and a finished texture and moisture content guaranteed to satisfy the demands of your operation as well as deliver the great flavor your guests deserve.
JALAPENO CORNBREAD MIX is blended under rigid standards, using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients possible. The product remains absolutely consistent, a must in today's food service environment.
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a wire whisk, blend ENTIRE contents of JALAPENO CORNBREAD MIX package with 2 QUARTS Cold Water. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a lightly Oiled baking pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes (baking time will depend upon size of pan used).

Yellow Corn Meal, Flour, Sugar, Shortening (Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate), Non-Fat Dry Milk, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Powdered Egg, Salt, Dehydrated Red Bell and Jalapeno Peppers.
