DESCRIPTION
Dean & Danny's CREAMY RANCH DRESSING MIX is a high quality blending of premium Herbs, Garlic, Onion and Sweet Buttermilk Flavor designed to offer a quality alternative to other Ranch Dressing products, at a superior cost. And, unlike other similar products, our CREAMY RANCH DRESSING MIX is manufactured without the addition of MSG, but still provides the outstanding flavor operators expect. Additionally, our CREAMY RANCH DRESSING MIX is designed for preparation with or without Buttermilk, for those operations that do not normally inventory the product.
Because CREAMY RANCH DRESSING MIX is blended under rigid standards, using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients possible, the product remains absolutely consistent, a must in today's food service environment.
INSTRUCTIONS
WITH BUTTERMILK
Using a rigid wire whisk or electric mixer fitted with the whip attachment, thoroughly blend ENTIRE contents of CREAMY RANCH DRESSING MIX package with 1 GALLON Mayonnaise and 1 GALLON Buttermilk. Chill 4 hours prior to serving. Yields 2 GALLONS.
WITHOUT BUTTERMILK
Using a rigid wire whisk or electric mixer fitted with the whip attachment, thoroughly blend ENTIRE contents of CREAMY RANCH DRESSING MIX package with 1 GALLON Mayonnaise, 3 QUARTS Sour Cream and 1 QUART Milk. Adjust consistency to your liking by adding additional milk as necessary. Chill 4 hours prior to serving. Yields 2 GALLONS.

Salt, Maltodextrin, Garlic & Onion, Vinegar Powder (Modified Food Starch, Vinegar Solids), Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Xanthan gum, Buttermilk Solids (Sweet Cream Buttermilk, Sweet Dairy Whey, Sodium Caseinate & Lactic acid), Parsley, Spices.
