Dean & Danny's Custom Food's CINNAMON APPLE FILLING MIX is a complete, perfectly balanced blend that makes one of America's Favorite Flavors - good Old-Fashioned Cinnamon Apples. And the applications are limited only to your creative imagination. From Cinnamon Apples as a Side Accompaniment to Sandwiches and Entrees, to a filling for Apple Strudel Pie (top the pie with our OLD-FASHIONED COBBLER TOPPING), an Ice Cream Sundae Topping, or a filling for the ever popular Old fashioned Apple Cobbler, CINNAMON APPLE FILLING MIX affords the flexibility to adapt to any menu application. Furthermore, the Filling can be easily enhanced by adding a Liqueur of choice, Nut Meats or other ingredients, allowing a flavor profile all your own.
CINNAMON APPLE FILLING is simple to prepare, following the accompanying recipe and has a shelf life, after preparation, of 3-4 days (refrigerated). Additionally, Butter or Margarine can be used when preparing the APPLE FILLING, affording the operator a cost-saving alternative.
Because CINNAMON APPLE FILLING MIX is blended under rigid standards, using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients possible, the product remains absolutely consistent, a must in today's food service environment.

RETURNS

| 3 3/4 OUNCES | 1 PACKET (2 1/2 LBS) | CINNAMON APPLE FILLING MIX |
| *1/2 CUP | *1 1/2 QUARTS | WATER, cold, or APPLE JUICE/CIDER |
| 1 1/4 POUNDS | 15 POUNDS | FROZEN SLICED APPLES, sugared, thawed, reserving all juice |
PROCEDURE
- Melt the Butter -or- Margarine in a suitable size saucepan (-or- steam-jacketed kettle). Do not allow to brown.
- Add the ENTIRE contents of our CINNAMON APPLE FILLING MIX packet and, using a wire whisk, blend the ingredients together, forming a lump-free 'paste'.
- Slowly add the Water, whipping vigorously to prevent lumping. Bring the 'Glaze' to a full boil, then reduce the heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- After simmering, add the thawed Apple Slices (with all reserved liquid), blending the ingredients with a spoon. Continue simmering an additional 10-12 minutes, until the Apples are hot and well coated with 'Glaze'.
- Use hot for Cinnamon Apples or chill until needed for other uses.
- If preparing APPLE FILLING for use in Apple Pies, reduce the quantity of liquid by one- half.
