DESCRIPTION
Dean & Danny's Custom Foods BARBECUE RUB SEASONING MIX is a signature blend of Brown Sugar, Chili Peppers, Paprika, Garlic and Onion designed to provide a full-flavored glaze when applied to Barbecued Pork or Beef Ribs, Chicken or other proteins where a great tasting barbecue flavor profile is desired. When used as either a dry rub seasoning, or blended with hot water and vegetable oil, BARBECUE SEASONING RUB will guarantee a high flavor glaze on all of your barbecued or smoked foods, and enhance the flavor of most any barbecue sauce served with the product.
BARBECUE RUB SEASONING MIX is blended under rigid standards, using only the highest quality, freshest ingredients possible, without the addition of MSG. The product remains absolutely consistent, a must in today’s food service environment.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR USE AS A DRY RUB
Liberally sprinkle the BARBECUE RUB on all surface of the product to be cooked. Using gloved hands, ‘rub’ the product into all product surfaces.
FOR USE AS A SEASONING 'PASTE'
Blend entire contents of BARBECUE RUB SEASONING package with 2 1/2 CUPS Hot Tap Water and 1 CUP Salad/Vegetable Oil, whipping the product into a 'paste'. Using a pastry brush or gloved hand, ‘mop’ the barbecue ‘paste’ liberally on all surfaces of the product to be cooked. Yields 2 1/2 QUARTS.
